Course menu
1. Simmered pork cartilage (simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce until soft and tender, it goes well with alcohol♪)
2. Red horse meat sashimi shipped directly from Kumamoto (This dish has no fat and can be enjoyed even by those who don't like the strong taste of horse meat)
3. Whole squid sashimi (This squid is translucent and has a good texture and a slightly slimy texture, proving that it is very fresh.)
4. Japanese-style salad with winter root vegetables and wakame seaweed (a slightly rich salad for winter♪)
5. Steamed snow crab (This season's snow crab is hard to come by. This year, it's the perfect dish for a classic party.)
6. Steamed Kagoshima black pork shumai (a brand of shumai developed this year that conveys its deliciousness solely through the power of the tender pork)
