6. Steamed shumai made with Kagoshima Prefecture-produced Kurobuta pork (This is a brand of shumai developed this year that conveys its deliciousness solely through the power of the plump, springy pork.)

7. Squid tempura made with squid from Genkai Island♪ (The squid from the chef's hometown, Genkai Island, is fried to a crisp in a light seaweed batter♪)
